More than 1 million antidrug booklets distributed by Scientologists in Cortina Olympics

A nationwide drug prevention campaign in Italy has exceeded one million drug-prevention booklets distributed in the past month. The initiative forms part of the international Truth About Drugs education programme, which aims to provide clear information about commonly abused substances and their short- and long-term effects.

Approximately five hundred volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in public spaces, shops and community areas.
